By creating an account or using Edge Terminal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Edge Terminal after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Edge Terminal. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using Edge Terminal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Edge Terminal is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use as a research and analysis tool. You may use the platform to analyze prediction markets, track your trades, and review AI-generated insights.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Maxx) are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are listed on the Edge Terminal pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time remaining after cancellation.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment for a short grace period before downgrading your account to the Free plan. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
Usage limits for AI-powered analyses are applied per plan per month:
Limits reset at the start of each billing period. Unused analyses do not roll over. We reserve the right to adjust limits with notice.
Edge Terminal, including its software, design, branding, and AI-generated outputs displayed on the platform, is owned by Edge Terminal and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal purposes under these terms.
You retain ownership of any trade journal entries, notes, or personal data you submit to Edge Terminal. By submitting content, you grant Edge Terminal a limited license to store, process, and display that content to you as part of the service.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that could harm other users or Edge Terminal.
Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edge Terminal and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Edge Terminal shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New York.
